Surrender
Sadly, there are circumstances in which families can no longer keep their animals, which are not always the faults of the animals or their families. When we can, we accept animals in need of new homes regardless of their age, health, and temperament. We are, however, limited by the availability of our foster homes as we do not have a facility for animals. While we are a no-kill organization, we will euthanize animals who are irremediably suffering and cannot be rehabilitated. Once an animal has been surrendered, they cannot be adopted or returned to the surrenderer unless special permission is gained. Before surrendering an animal, please contact us to discuss alternatives. If you are experiencing temporary hardship and need some assistance with your animal, we will do what we can to help.
